SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

Christmas:

Orders received by November 25th, 2024 will be shipped the same day and are guaranteed to arrive by Christmas.
Orders received by December 13th, 2024 will most likely arrive before Christmas, but I can no longer give a guarantee.
Orders received by December 16th-19th, 2024 will be shipped before Christmas on December 20th, 2024, but I can no longer guarantee timely delivery by Christmas.
From December 20th onwards I will probably no longer be able to make it to the post office. Please be aware that any order placed after December 20th, 2024 will not be dispatched until January 3rd, 2025.

This is how I ship:

  • Prints up to DIN A4 in a cardboard envelope.
  • larger prints in a large cardboard envelope or lightly rolled in a box.
  • -> the posters will not be folded!
  • All other products:
  • Cardboard envelope, bubble envelope or box.
  • By DHL or "deutsche Post"
  • with tracking number 

Time:

  • Shipping in: 3-6 business days
  • Duration: 15-20 working days
  • Different shipping times apply to products that can be pre-ordered (this is of course stated in the product description)

Please remember: I am alone and not Amazon. I cannot ship orders every day or deliver within one day.


Questions about shipping/delivery:

Why is it taking so long to ship?
Shipping outside of Germany can take a very long time, especially to the USA or Canada, as some orders are sent by ship.

 

In case you noticed: Why can't all products be shipped worldwide?
Depending on which country you live in, I offer a different number of products. If the online shop is set up from “Germany” or a country within Europe, you will notice that more products are available.
Unfortunately, I cannot ship large & heavy products worldwide, as shipping would then simply be far too expensive.
In individual cases it would of course be possible, but I don't want to offer such expensive shipping via the shop.
So if you live outside of Germany / the EU and would like to have a large e.g. DIN A3 acrylic glass print, just write me using the contact form, preferably also to which country I would have to ship, then I will tell you the shipping costs.


What if I want to return goods?

Do I have to pay customs?
Any applicable customs fees are always directed to the recipient, which must be paid before delivery in order to receive the goods.It is the sole responsibility of the customer to find out about taxes, fees and customs duties that may apply when the shipment arrives in the recipient's country of destination.

I didn't receive what I ordered. What now?
Please make sure that your order really differs from the delivery.
If this is the case, simply contact me and tell me your problem. The best thing to do is to take photos of your goods and tell me your order number in an email.
Please do not forget:
I'm only human and I mix things up or forget things sometimes. As a rule, I then send the missing products free of charge and the incorrectly delivered products can be kept (the exception determines the rule). The second option is of course to refund the amount for the missing products.

What happens if I enter the wrong address or make a mistake?
If the address is wrong, I am not liable for the damage caused. If the order has already been shipped, there is nothing more I can do. If the order comes back to me, I can send it again, but I can't guarantee that.
If I haven't shipped the order yet, you can contact me as soon as possible and tell me the correct address.

Package / letter is damaged, what to do?
Refuse to accept the package and contact me right away.
Reason: If the acceptance is refused, it is documented that the package/letter was damaged and I can apply to DHL/Deutsche Post for a refund of the value of the goods.
If accepted: take photos before opening, then open and take photos of the damaged goods.
Then I can't guarantee a refund, because DHL / deutsche Post could assume that the recipient has damaged the package/letter.
-> If you cannot prove with photos that the goods were already damaged upon receipt: NO REFUND / REPLACEMENT
